Shipping Policy

 

1. Shipping Charges:
   
   
   • Orders shipped via UPS are charged based on the current carrier rates.
   • For US customers, orders over $500.00 USD (excluding tax and freight) ship for free via UPS Flat Rate.
   • Shipping or freight charges and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.
   • Quoted shipping charges cover delivery only; the buyer is responsible for any taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, etc.
   • All sales are made Ex-works, US.
     
     
2. Billing:
   
   
   • Shipping or freight charges from Tennode’s facility are prepaid and added to the invoice or billed collect.
     
     
3. Delivery and Risk:
   
   
   • Subject to Tennode’s right of stoppage in transit, delivery of the products to the carrier constitutes delivery to the customer. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer at this point.
   • Tennode will make reasonable efforts to initiate shipment and schedule delivery as close as possible to the customer’s requested delivery date(s).
   • Delivery dates provided by Tennode are estimates only. Tennode will not be liable for failure to deliver on such dates.
     
     
4. Carrier and Route Selection:
   
   
   • Tennode will select the carrier and delivery route unless specifically designated by the customer.
     
     
5. Installment Deliveries:
   
   
   • Tennode reserves the right to make deliveries in installments.
   • Delay in delivery of one installment does not entitle the customer to cancel any other installment(s).
   • Delivery of any installment of products within thirty (30) days after the requested date will constitute a timely delivery.
     
     
6. Quantity Variations:
   
   
   • Delivery of a quantity that varies from the specified amount does not relieve the customer of the obligation to accept delivery and pay for the products delivered.

 

 

Shipping Options

Tennode offers a variety of shipping methods for your order. Once your order is shipped, we’ll notify you via email with the tracking number (if available) so you always know where your order is. Below you can find more information on our shipping options.

Air Shipments:

• We use UPS for next-day delivery to all major cities in the US. Please add additional days for remote locations.
• For urgent delivery, select a next-day or priority overnight shipment method. We offer a variety of air shipment services.

Ground Shipments:

• For non-urgent delivery and Southern California customers.
